Hehe, I guess this is my christmas painting, of a sort (*shifty eyes* so what if it's a few hours late?) even though it has nothing even remotely to do with christmas ^-^

Ehh, *scratches head* a sketchy painting I did rather quickly; trying out a new style of drawing/painting (one that takes half the time, I might add)...I'm not too sure if I'm pleased with it or not O-o

A character of mine, Alayandrei Ravean (Alay) a Song Mage; a pretty little dark thing with enough temper to blow up a palace who often wears her hair back in a messy ponytail.

Ignore the demented hands, and YES, that strange brown...thing...is supposed to be a flute. She IS a singing mage, after all. And ignore the *dead* background...I'll go back and redo it when I have time ^_^;;

*ahem* now for the ranting...

...eh, not quite up to snuff, *shifty eyes* it's the 'watercolor' next to the 'oils' of the paintings I usually do...not that the ones I do are good compared to the greats *awe*, but still....

Oh well. I kinda like the sketchy style of painting/drawing...if only because it's SO MUCH EASIER TO DO!!
