So classes are going to start here as of next (well, this) Tuesday; right now I'm hoping to take Bio 112, Calc 1, Eng 120, and Psych 101 if the gods smile favorably upon the massive rush for the registrar tomorrow morning (alternative schedules generally swapping Calc for Chem and/or Psych for Neuro).
Given my math ineptness, I'm not foreseeing a lot of free time for drawing, painting, and the like once the school year kicks off, unless I realize that I totally retained everything from bio and precalc (both respectively two years ago...the odds are not good) or chem (three years ago, even worse). I don't know how the workload is going to be for any of the classes, of course, but Neuro, Chem, and Bio all have weekly labs (so of course taking all three at once is the least desirable alternative; I have no interest in extreme self mutilation) and Calc is, well, Calc.
Updates will most likely be few and far between (not that they aren't already) during the school year then, since I'm not taking an art class to force me to keep working. I haven't dropped off the face of the planet, but am more likely to have dropped into the library (or a lab) for the next few months!
Hope everyone else is having good luck with their classes - the rest of us new freshmen mostly, as we flail about and pray for rain (well in the east coast at least).

So wrap up care in a cobweb
and drop it down the well
into that world inverted....
where we stay awake all night,
where the heavens are shallow as the sea
is now deep, and you love me.

The website isn't working for writing buddies yet, I noticed D: but you are doing it too, yes?

Kyrios looked to Alex. “Why is it that all men doubt me?”
“If I thought it would do any good, I would doubt you myself, Your Highness,” Alex said.

Bio exam on Monday (Bio lab on Monday)
Chem exam on Wednesday
Meetings with chem, writing, and history professors (Tues/Weds/Thurs)
Bio exam tomorrow (Bio lab tomorrow)
Chem quiz Weds (Chem lab Weds)
Writing essay Thurs
Shoot meeee. I've only been able to set aside like an hour each day for actual writing ): this does not make me happy. Why do professors always stuff insane amounts of death and destruction into November??
Ouch, I hope the midterm went well! And the rest of it. So much, so much!
(Yeah, writing buddies went up right after I checked, after posting that...oops)
(By the way, yay/congrats on writing so far
